Brand new girls dresses sizes 14 & 16

Never worn papillon summer dresses. Sizes 14 and 16. I did remove the tags and washed them ( I always wash clothing before wearing for the first time , to check for shrinkage). It did not work for my girls. It runs short and wide. Maybe almost swing style. Free.
