We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient team members to add to our supportive staff. Hours: Mon–Thurs 9–5 | Fri 9–12
Responsibilities:
· Fast, accurate data entry into CRM & spreadsheets
· Completing and submitting online forms
· Updating and maintaining client records
· Client communication and phone follow-ups as needed
· Documenting all communication
Requirements:
· Fast typing skills
· Strong computer proficiency
· Excellent attention to detail
· Professional, friendly phone manner
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently
