Growing Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
Direct point of contact for consumers and caregivers.
Handle all calls with professionalism and care.
Process payroll and adjust calendars.
Ensure caregivers are compliant with EVV, clear dashboard daily.
Review and update authorizations as needed.
Work with insurance companies regarding denied claims. Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.
